I've got good news~ My sewing machine is finally fixed, and my sewing teacher has recovered from her surgery! To celebrate, she brought me to Jo Ann Fabrics yesterday and bought me all the fabric and patterns I need for my Jack Vessalius cosplay. I simply can't WAIT to get started on it! :heart: On that note, my line-up so far for Otakon is Fairy Leviathan from Rockman Zero (more commonly known as "Megaman Zero" here in America), Xerxes Break from Pandora Hearts, and - soon - Jack Vessalius from Pandora Hearts. First of all, Katsucon. 'Twas amazing. The Gaylord hotel is the perfect place for photoshoots (when your camera isn't acting up the way mine was), especially because of the Victorian/fantasy-garden-interior-landscaping... stuff. Yea. Friday, I was Mafia!Prussia, which was kind of fun. The photoshoot was great - I got to pick up !Blindsnow77 (https://www.deviantart.com/blindsnow77) for the Mafia picture, which kind of made my day - but none of the Hetalia cosplayers who went to Katsu this year were very social, which struck me as odd.
